CrossFit Training

CrossFit Clifton is all about expertly coached classes where your progress truly matters. Each session blends strength, conditioning, and skill-based movements that can be personalised for beginners or more experienced members. You will learn at your own pace with clear guidance from coaches who care about your technique and confidence. Our goal is to help you build strength, improve endurance, and enjoy every step of the process.

CrossFit Mums and Babies

This class aims to get you feeling active and energised whilst adapting to your body's needs as a new parent. You can attend this class once you have had your 6 week health visitor/GP check up, if you had a C-section delivery we ask you wait 12 weeks.

Olympic Weightlifting

Are you looking to develop more explosive power, strength, speed and athleticism? Our Olympic lifting program is built to do exactly that. Whether you're a seasoned lifter or just starting out, our Olympic lifting program has everything you need to achieve your goals.

Weightlifting for Women

Build muscle and maintain bone density through strength training and nutrition. This class focuses on major lifts like squats, deadlifts, and presses, with accessory work and sprint intervals - designed by women, for women.

PRF Senior-Fit

A small and inclusive class for over 55s focusing on functional movement for health and longevity.

Personal Training

Work 1-on-1 with one of our amazing coaches to create your perfect plan. We will measure the effectiveness of each and every session.
