HIIT Pilates Teacher
Dana has always been a sporty person and became a dedicated yogi over a decade ago. Having trained with some of the best teachers in the business, Dana teaches invigorating Hatha yoga and mellow Yin. Equally enthusiastic and laidback, Dana will set you at ease and guide you safely in and out of postures to help you cultivate a stronger body / mind connection. She can also push you through challenging body weight or barbell and banded classes of no-impact HIIT using Pilates principles. Nothing makes her more happy then seeing people look after their personal fitness.

Yin Yoga Teacher
Having trained as a dancer in London, Helen changed careers after sustaining a series of injuries. Following some time as a Purser for Emirates Airline, Helen trained in STOTT Pilates Matwork in 2008 in Toronto, Canada at the Toronto Corporate Training Centre, the main hub for all Merrithew training. After sustaining a broken foot, which she rehabbed with Pilates and Hot Yoga, Helen went on to train as a Hot 26 (Ghosh Yoga) instructor with a 9 week intense training course in Los Angeles, USA. Next stop was Goa for Kids and Family Yoga training, and then Yin Yoga training with Bernie Clarke in Vancouver Canada. Helen has taught in studios around the world, including; Dubai, London, Toronto, Abu Dhabi and now Bristol.

Colin discovered CrossFit in 2017 as a way to stay fit while in the US military. He then took his CrossFit Level-1 Trainer Course in 2018 and Level-2 in 2019. Over the past five years, he has developed a passion for coaching and helping people improve their quality of life through CrossFit.

Henry discovered CrossFit in 2015 after getting bored with the monotony of his regular gym.
The constantly varied methodology, community and competitive element has led to his continued enthusiasm for the sport.
In 2022 Henry took his CrossFit Level 1 Certification to begin his coaching career to help other athletes develop and improve their skills.

Michelle has always had health and fitness at heart, completing a HND in the Science and Management of Health & Fitness at college, also qualifying with the British Wheel of Yoga as a Yoga teacher. Michelle has taught a range of aerobics, step, spin and yoga.
It was thanks to signing up for Tough Mudder that Michelle found and fell in love with CrossFit in 2014. Which ignited her passion to want to coach again.
Michelle loves to see how CrossFit can improve the lives of people by making them stronger and fitter not only physically but also mentally. She also has a passion for mobility and accessory work to help people move better.

Jess has been in the fitness industry for 9 years and for the last 5 has been focused on CrossFit and Functional Fitness. From a young age I’ve always been in love with sport and fitness. I’ve played a variety of different sports from martial arts, rugby to basketball and athletics 100m. My own training was always been based around sports performance, trying to make sure I could play sport at my very best.
This made me want to take my sports performance and fitness to a much higher level. This pushed me to take a deeper look into Strength and Conditioning which led me to pursuing a career in the fitness industry. In 2011 I found CrossFit and after doing my first WOD, (Cindy) and I was hooked.
So far, I have enjoyed the journey by consistently learning and practicing. I love and am 100% dedicated to helping people reach a fitness goal. There is no better feeling knowing you’ve had a positive impact on someone else’s life.
